Eligibility Requirements
1. Job Offer
The job offer must be for a full-time, non-seasonal position. – For skilled workers, the job offer must be at NOC (National Occupational Classification) skill level 0, A, B, or C. – For international graduates, job offers can be at NOC skill level 0, A, B, or C and must be made within two years of the candidate obtaining his qualification.
2. Language Proficiency :
This usually means CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) level 4 or higher.
3. Educational Requirements :
Skilled workers must have a Canadian high school diploma or equivalent foreign credential. – International graduates must have a degree, diploma, or certificate from an accredited post-secondary institution in one of the Atlantic provinces.
4. Work Experience :
Skilled workers must have at least one year of work experience relevant to the job offer. – No work experience required for international graduates.
